High precision and quality
Milling
Our company is equipped with two Mazak Variaxis i-600 machines, enabling us to execute complex tasks with exceptional precision through 5-axis milling.
Additionally, we have a Variaxis j-500 Smooth 5-axis mill, which is ideal for intricate details and capable of performing 4-axis simultaneous milling.
The materials we primarily work with are aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel.

Turning
Of the company’s two turning machines from Mazak, our Mazak Integrex is equipped with a bar feeder and a Y-axis.
We have recently acquired a Mazak 100MSY with sub spindle and Y axis.
We also have an extensive collection of powered tools.

Welding
Our welders are certified according to EN ISO 9606-1 and 9606-2, and they are continuously undergoing further training. The welders perform qualification tests for various welding procedures, with the welds being inspected by a third party for approval.
We possess the necessary certificates and welding procedures to carry out welding on commonly used materials. Our head of welding is an International Welding Specialist (IWS) who ensures that the right quality is delivered. Together with the welders, they lead efforts in the development of welding techniques, documentation, and quality monitoring.
Surface finishing
At Tekda, we prioritize achieving a high-quality surface finish in everything we produce. We accomplish this through a series of investments in specialized equipment for tumbling and polishing.

Surface treatment
Surface treatment is conducted externally, and we have been collaborating with several subsuppliers in the Stockholm area for many years.

Laser marking
With laser marking, we can label small to medium-sized series. The designs can vary, ranging from aesthetic elements like logos to essential information that needs to be displayed on the product.
We also have the capability to mark details with barcodes, QR codes, or number sequences.
Laser marking is performed using our COMPACTMARK Laser, which has a marking area of 400 x 450 mm.
Assembly
We carry out qualified mechanical and electromechanical assembly for small to medium production series of equipment and special machines. This process requires a comprehensive approach, encompassing everything from manufactured components to assembly and testing.
