When there’s a need to swiftly separate springs, Tekda provides three distinct manual separators. We will recommend the most suitable option based on the size of the springs. Simply pour the springs into the separator, and it will produce untangled springs. The compact design of the manual separators allows for easy relocation from one spot to another.

Tekda BIG separator
Controlled by adjustable speed and output
Tekda BIG spring separator is controlled by a frequency inverter. By adjusting the speed and output throttle opening size, it is easy to change the output rate. With most common spring configurations, a high output can be achieved, around 1500 parts/minute.

Tekda MINI separator
Versatile separator for a broad range of springs
Tekda MINI is a versatile and powerful spring separator covering a very broad range of springs. It is quietly running, easy to use and can handle most types of springs. With most common spring configurations, a high output can be achieved, around 1500 parts/minute.

Tekda MICRO separator
Smallest spring separator using compressed air
Tekda MICRO is the smallest spring separator. It uses compressed air for an uncomplicated function and has a high capacity for micro springs. By pressing the push button the Tekda MICRO spring separator untangles and delivers a few springs on to the collection tray.
