Tekda SpeedFeeder is a pneumatic spring separation and feeding machine developed to streamline the handling of small compression springs in automatic and manual assembly environments. It is designed for seamless integration into production lines or to support manual workstations, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
This spring feeder automatically separates tangled springs and delivers them to the assembly point via tubing, on demand, triggered by an external signal. The system works in combination with an escapement mechanism to ensure accurate and controlled delivery.
Up to four separate delivery points can be configured, offering flexibility for complex or multi-point assembly processes. While the system can manage a variety of spring types, it performs best with cylindrical compression springs with closed ends, which ensure optimal feeding and separation.
