Service
Tekda provides on-site service for spring coiling systems. Our skilled technicians will come to your location to carry out preventive maintenance, specific service tasks, and replace any worn parts.
For smaller units or modules, we also offer in-house service. You can send the module to us for repair. If you’re interested in this option, please don’t hesitate to reach out for more information.

Training
Tekda is ready to serve our customers with on site training on how to operate the coiling systems. The training will be tailored to your specific needs.

Typical basic training could include topics such as:
- 1) Introduction of the spring coiling system and its different modules
- 2) Detailed information about how to change the spring coiling tools and how to do basic maintenance of the system
- 3) Handling of spring recipes
- 4) Change of wire spool
Technical support & new development
During the past 30 years Tekda has gained considerable experience and know-how in spring manufacturing and design. Our engineers are ready to assist you in achieving your optimum spring design and coiling operation.
In collaboration with IST (Institute of Spring Technology) Tekda will assist you with:
- Input on spring design
- Calculations
- Spring samples
We can also help developing a spring that is suitable for coiling but still fulfils the original customer requirements.

For projects that have already been delivered, we offer remote technical support as needed. Additionally, we can remotely connect to your system for troubleshooting and assistance with software issues.

Spare parts
We maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts, particularly wear items like coiling tools. Additionally, with our own manufacturing facility located within the same building, we can also produce parts on demand.
