Spring feeding is mainly used for feeding compression springs into an automatic assembly line. In this field Tekda offers a system called Tekda SpeedFeeder.

Tekda SpeedFeeder is a pneumatic operated spring separator designed to work automatically in a production line or serving a manual assembly station.
Together with an escapement the springs can be delivered to the assembly point on demand at a given signal through a tube.
Optionally up to 4 delivery points are possible. The output rate depends on the shape of the springs, but cylindrical springs with closed ends are best suited for separation and feeding.
